The Blake School is seeking substitute string lesson teachers and substitute orchestra teachers.
The Blake School in Hopkins, MN has a rich tradition of providing excellent string instruction, with students ranging from PK to grade 12. Group lesson instruction is provided for Grades 1-3 and Large group/Orchestra-ensemble instruction is provided for Grades 4-12. Blake is looking for Music Education graduate string students who are interested in substitute teaching for our program. Bachelor's Degree required.
Details:
- $20 an hour, paid in either 4 hour or 8 hour increments
- Experience/interest working with students in PK-5 for small group lessons
- Experience/interest working with students in Gr. 4-12 conducting grade-level orchestra
