BASS SECTION LEADER
Saint Olaf Catholic Church in downtown Minneapolis is seeking to hire a bass/baritone section leader.
Rehearsals on Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm; sing for Mass on Sundays at 10:00am (9:00am call). Christmas/Easter and other holidays as scheduled.
Pay averages $125 per week. Other opportunities (ex., weddings, funerals, special liturgies) may also be available.
Must be a good sight-reader with strong vocal technique and choral skills. Familiarity with Catholic liturgical practices is a plus, but is not required. Repertoire leans traditional but includes everything from Gregorian chant to contemporary anthems.
